Innopat can conduct investigation on the registration status, business operation and IP infringement concerning all companies on Chinese territory, upon the request of the clients. Such investigations may further divide into the following categories:

(1) Registration and business performance. Information include name, address, time of incorporation, duration, business type and nature, registered capital, business scope, legal representative. Also, actual business scope, business scale, products catalog and the use of intellectual property rights.

(2) Evidence gathering. Upon the request of the client, we also give legal advice as to the steps to be taken, on the basis of the fact findings.
