Requirements on Application for Renewing a Chinese Trademark

(1) Information of the trademark registration, especially whether any assignment or name/address changed has been recorded at the Trademark Office before renewal;

(2) A copy of registration certificate

(3) A copy of the owner’s Identification Document (i.e.: if the owner is a company, its certificate of incorporation sealed by the corporation on the blank place of the copies; if the owner is a natural person, his ID card or passport signed by him on the blank place of the copies.)

(4) A Power of Attorney, executed by the trademark registrant (company chop is needed for Chinese entity applicant).
